Due to our online-only presence at this time, we are unable to accept returns. However, our refund policy offers replacements at no cost that happen between fulfillment to destination. Typically, this means something went wrong on our side or while shipping to your address.

Refunds
We typically strive to have the very best experience. If there is an issue with our product within seven days of receiving it before or during the initial shipping, please reach out to us. In the event we do deem it appropriate to issue a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
